Nanjing Guanya Power Equipment Co., Ltd. (“Guanya”) is a leading solar inverter manufacturer in Chinese domestic market. Inverters are critical electrical devices enabling a solar power system to supply AC power to power grids or AC appliances from solar panels. Guanya inverters, ranging from 1 kW to 500 kW, are built on a proprietary technology framework that allows them to effectively manage high-power requirements. Its products are mainly sold to domestic system integrators and utility companies who develop on-grid or off-grid solar power generation projects in China. Guanya is also actively expanding its export business in selected overseas markets.
In September 2010, Milestone was the sole investor in a round of equity financing for Guanya.
